Program Overview

Many employees and professionals work hard yet remain stuck in recurring performance problems: inconsistent output, overload, missed priorities, communication breakdowns, decision fatigue, or chronic stress. Persistent Performance Reset™ is designed to interrupt these cycles and rebuild performance on a stable, sustainable foundation.

The program is grounded in behavior analysis and higher mental functions psychology, examining how executive functions and behavior are shaped by real work conditions, environmental contingencies, and task demands. Led by a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with a Master of Science in Psychology, specialized in Neuropsychology and Applied Behavior Analysis, each engagement is custom designed—there is no fixed protocol—based on the individual’s role, context, and observed performance patterns.

The program is fully adaptable for neurodivergent employees (including ADHD, autism, and learning differences), ensuring that performance systems match cognitive reality rather than idealized expectations.

The result: more reliable work performance, fewer breakdowns under pressure, and sustainable productivity — without relying on overwork or burnout.

Weekly 1:1 Performance Sessions

Weekly 60-minute sessions focused on identifying and correcting persistent performance barriers. Sessions combine behavioral analysis with executive function development and are applied directly to current work tasks, responsibilities, and constraints.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (ICF PCC) with a Master of Science in Psychology and over 10 years of experience working with performance breakdowns, executive functions, and stress-related inefficiency at work.

My approach integrates behavior analysis with higher mental functions psychology (Vygotsky–Luria tradition) to address not motivation myths, but the real mechanisms behind underperformance.

I do not apply generic methods. Each program is custom designed to match the person, the role, and the work system they operate in.

My focus is practical and specific: identify what blocks performance, remove it, and build reliable functioning without burnout.
